The Suites Experience
What’s Included with Your Dog’s Stay:
Personalized Room Service
Fresh water is provided each morning and throughout the day. Meals are served according to your pet’s normal routine, and rooms are tidied as needed — all with plenty of one-on-one attention and affection.
Bedding & Laundry
Plush blankets, raised Kuranda cots, and cozy bedding are provided. Laundry services are included as needed throughout your pet’s stay.
Dishware Provided
Sanitized feeding bowls are available in every suite (please only bring your own if your dog requires a specialty dish like a slow feeder).
Multiple Outdoor Breaks
Guests are escorted outdoors for fresh air and movement 4–6 times daily. If your dog enjoys extra time outside, we’re happy to accommodate! We are excited to announce our expanded back yard with pet turf in July 2025!
Climate-Controlled Comfort
Our facility is fully heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer. Outdoor areas are partially roofed to maintain comfort and shade during warm months.
Enhanced Safety & Security
The Suites is equipped with a modern security system, including motion detectors, fire alarms, and carbon monoxide sensors — because peace of mind matters.
Tranquil Overnight Environment
Soothing music is played at a low volume in the evenings to help our guests relax and unwind.
Private Luxury Suites
Each of our suites is fully enclosed (no chain link), ensuring privacy, tranquility, and zero cross-contamination from neighboring dogs.
Complimentary Photo Updates
We do our best to provide a personalized photo update during your dog’s stay. If you’d like to check in, simply text or call. And of course, if any issues arise, you’ll be contacted immediately.
What We Require From You
1. Profile
All guests need a profile in order to create a reservation, here is the link to do so! create a profile We may not have availability for the dates you need!! You can call before booking to ensure we have a spot, BUT we cannot reserve your pet a suite unless you have a profile created. Even if you don’t need our services now, but may need them in the future…. just make a profile! It will come in handy when you need us!

2. Vaccination Requirements
Whether coming in for Boarding or Grooming ALL animals need to be up to date on vaccinations. We like to make sure that the animal was given the vaccinations at least a week before an appointment. We will need a copy of vaccinations, you can EMAIL them to us at thesuitesboarding@gmail.com . If you have a copy, we can make a copy for our records upon arrival.
We unfortunately do not accept puppies who have not received the full round of shots we require.

Pricing
Prices are per night. We do require a 2 night minimum charge on weekends (Friday – Sunday) and holidays. We charge a $5 per day per dog surcharge on all holidays and peak periods. *Price raise June 1st, 2024

Cancellation Policy
All reservations during peak periods/holidays or bookings that are longer than 4 nights, are required to pay a 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE for any cancellation reasons and cannot be transferred to future reservations. Peak Periods / Holidays require a 5 day cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit and a 100% charge of your bill.
Regular bookings that do not fall over a holiday or peak period require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so results in a 1 night charge of the room you had booked (and if the stay was over 4 nights, you will forfeit your non refundable deposit)
Medication
If you have a senior pet or a pet with special needs we will administer medications as needed and follow up with your veterinarian during their stay. Please let your veterinarian know your pet will be staying with us.
We require you to bring medication in the prescription bottle where the dosage instructions are properly listed.

*Food
The Suites does not provide food for your pets. We require you to bring your own food. If your pet runs out, we will purchase a bag and charge your card accordingly. Important to list your pets exact food name on your profile. We also no longer accept large bags of dog food.
Please prepackage your pets food with the correct amount in sandwich bags (ie. 1 bag am 1 bag pm). You can also bring a tupperware container, or big ziplock bag full of food!
Playtime and Exercise
Every guest receives multiple outdoor sessions daily for movement, enrichment, and one-on-one attention. We do not host large playgroups during boarding stays. Because we have a frequent rotation of new guests, we choose not to introduce dogs to unfamiliar playmates during their time away from home. This approach helps minimize stress, reduce overstimulation, and ensure a peaceful, predictable experience for every dog in our care.
Your dog’s comfort and emotional well-being are our top priorities, and we believe in creating a calm environment—not forcing social interactions.
